  • Litigated discrimination cases in State and Federal Courts and before the Human Rights Commission based upon race, medical condition, gender and age.

Wills and Probates 

  • Drafted hundreds of wills and probated numerous estates including many hotly contested will disputes.
  • Court appointed Special Administrator for a number of estates. In 2008 was appointed the Special Administrator
    of a 17,000 acre ranch in Northern New Mexico, which required managing the ranch as well as handling
    estate matters.

Divorce and Family Law

  • Represented the Northern New Mexico Crisis Center for two years in all of its domestic violence cases.
  • Successfully completed by settlement, litigation, or mediation, hundreds of divorce and custody matters for both men and women clients.

Criminal Law

  • Prosecuted cases as City Attorney
